The eddy current tester (including the importing products) used by NDT departments is either has too large volume, or cannot display impedance plane. Both these disadvantages limited its application field, e.g. avigation, electric power, petrochemical,defense industrys and so on. With the development of cosmically integration of electronic device, and with the appearance of high-performance data acquisition ststem chip, low-power consumption LCD and high-energy battery, equipment of small voltage and low power consumption is possible to be designed.
Combined with advanced eddy current technique, electronic digital technique and computar techinue, SMART-301 is a new generation of eddy current tester. It will get good result for defect detection, wall measurement and separation of various metal materials and components, i.e., to measure plating and electronical conductivity.
SMART-301 has characteristics of displaying eddy current impedance plan, multi frequenct point and low power consumption. With its small voltage, the operation is convenient. Protected by rubber sheath, SMART-301 is anti-shock and durable.
SMAR-301 has high sensitivity to defects of metal materials, i.e., surface crack of copper tube, pincher or spilly place of seamless steel tube, steel pit, crack, nick of guide board, trasversal crack and separation layer.
SMART-301 has frequency range of 100Hz ~ 5.5MHz, which is suitable with testing requirements of various metal materials. Designed with full digital technique, standard testing program can be built within equipment, and then be transferred when change testing work-piece. |
