EEC-24/24K intelligent on-line high-speed eddy current tester is a new generation of EC equipment, which is specially applied to online and high speed inspection for metal pipes, bars and wires. Combined with digital eddy current technique, microprocessor technique together, its inspecting speed may up to 13m/s, while the performance of the equipment is reliable, stable and sensitive.
　　EEC-24/24K has high testing sensitivity when detect defections of metal pipes, bars and wires, for example, urface crack, porosity, opening crack etc. With man-machine conversation, large screen signal display, multi-mode alarming technique, advanced digital electronic balancing technique and intelligent dynamic filtering technique, operation of the equipment is much easier. The testing bandwidth range from 64Hz~2MHz makes the equipment can meet testing requirements of various metal material.
　　EEC-24/24K can be connected to passing-through coils, which has low requirement to coupling- clearance; also it can be connected with plane- combined probe. The selection of probe is determined by users' requirements. Equipped with high-precision time-delay marking module, speed measuring apparatus, marking machine and probe device whose direction is adjustable, the testing system can automatically carry out on-line defect detection. Also, the system has output function of synchronized alarm, which is controlled by internal and external clock; and the width of high-precision marking's sign can be controlled.
